Growing Together in Christ

At Kings Mills Baptist Church we seek to not only connect people to God but also grow together in Christ. After a person starts a relationship with Christ, that person is to grow closer to Him. Ephesians 2 tells us that a person is saved by grace and in Ephesians 4 the Bible communicates that when a person knows Christ, he changes from being the "old man" to being the "new man" by renewing of the spirit of his mind. The goal of Kings Mills Baptist is the help every believer grow in their relationship with Christ so that each person is able to live a sanctified life before God.

Kings Mills Baptist seeks to help young people in the endeavor of growing in Christ and adults. Each Sunday Morning the children's ministry meets at 9:15 and 10:30. We also have great opportunities for adult spiritual growth during our Adult Bible Fellowship on Sundays at 9:15am and Breakout Sessions on Wednesdays at 7pm. Adult Bible Fellowship

Life is hard by yourself.  Sometimes we just need the encouragement of other believers in a group setting, knowing that these people care. That pretty well sums up our adult Bible fellowship classes.  These are weekly Sunday morning Bible studies, where adults get to have adult conversations about the truth of God's Word in action.

Break-Out Sessions

Break-Out Groups are an opportunity to Grow in Christ as we develop in depth conversations about Biblical concepts and topics. These are also a great time to get to know each other better. Each Wednesday evening two groups will meet at the church at 7pm. One group will meet in the auditorium and the other will meet in the main level classroom at our annex location next door.
