Kings Mills Baptist Church strives to provide Christ honoring activities
and studies for our youth group, The Kings Teens. We encourage our
youth group to be doers and not just hearers (James 1:22).
Our youth group attends area youth rallies to provide fellowship, encouragement and good clean fun. We have van trips to area museums, campgrounds and other establishments around Cincinnati all with food and fun and loving supervision.
Every summer in June, the teens have the opportunity to attend the Bill Rice Ranch in Tennessee, for one week. There they are taught biblical teaching through preaching and have fun with activities such as basketball, baseball, volleyball, horseback riding and much more.
Calendar of upcoming events for 2010: (some activities have a modest fee)
February 5-6: Youth Rally & Ski Trip with Franklin Baptist Church.
February 12: Teens are providing a Hawaiian luau Valentine Dinner to raise money for The King's Teens to go to a youth rally in North Carolina and to go to camp at Bill Rice Ranch.
May 22: Spring Formal for the teens.
June 21-25: Youth Rally at Gospel Light Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina
July 12-16: Camp at The Bill Rice Ranch. There is a deadline for regristration. Please check with Mr. & Mrs. Martin or Pastor Guzman for dates of when your registration fees must be turned in.
August 28: Teen & Parents Canoe Trip, 9:00am - 3:00pm.
October 2: Teen Youth Rally in Columbus
October 22 & 23: The game Clue is on!
Sunday - Sunday school starts at 9:15 for grades 9 - 12.
Wednesday - Bible study starts at 7:00 pm for ages 12 - 18.
